Each member of the HRCC team contributes many years of outstanding expertise and experience in their fields of specialty, from general HR management to information technology. HRCC is certified by the state of Florida as a Minority Business Enterprise.
 
Katie Miller Busch, GRP
Director of Consulting, HRCC
 
Katie offers over 15 years of progressive compensation experience having worked in various industries, including high-tech, loyalty marketing, biopharmaceuticals and logistics solutions. She also spent seven years in governmental consulting, working for cities, counties, public safety/law enforcement and state agencies in the United States. Her recent experience includes implementing classification and pay plans for the US, Canadian, Latin American and Eastern & Western European locations of large corporations.
 
Katie has developed numerous classification and compensation plans and incentive and recognition programs. Throughout her career she has used many classification, pay development and HR management systems including: Pay grading, Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE), Role Classification System (RCS), the Archer matrix-point-factor system, ADP, SAP, Workday and PeopleSoft. Her experience includes the conduct of custom surveys for salary, pay practices and benefits comparisons.
 

She holds a bachelorís degree in international business from Florida Atlantic University. She holds the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and SHRM-SCP certifications. Katie has been a board member for the South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association (SFCB) since 2007 and served as their President in 2011 and 2012. She also maintains membership with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork.

 
Jason Busch
Director of Consulting, HRCC
 
Over the past 15 years, Jason has been involved in helping companies and end users get the most from technology services. Through his many years of expertise in directing the evolution of technical and non-technical solutions, from concept through implementation, he has assisted corporate and retail clients large and small in devising, installing, training, and effectively utilizing various applications and technological systems to maximize their business model.
 
Jason understands development, integration and network fundamentals and techniques and offers a combination of strong analysis, planning, organization and consensus-building abilities along with effective problem resolution, negotiation and relationship-management skills to competently lead projects to successful conclusions.
 
He holds a bachelorís degree in international relations and business administration from Boston University, and is MSCE certified. His technical qualifications include the setup, implementation and administration of a variety of applications related to compensation data, data security, credit/gift card processing, restaurant/retail inventory, personnel management and sales transactions, and report writing.
 
Hilary Bunch, M.Ed., SHRM-CP
Associate Consultant, HRCC
 
Hilary is HRCCís resident writer and editor offering numerous years of progressive experience having worked in various fields, including high school and college advising, teaching, and curriculum development. She is certified to teach college classes in the field of education and is a trained developer of curriculum. Her experience includes writing training manuals, job descriptions, and career path guides; editing employee handbooks; conducting specialized corporate training; and conducting in-depth research to compare compensation packages.
 
Hilary holds a bachelorís degree in history and a masterís degree in curriculum and instruction. She is also a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
 
 
Bob Holmes
Associate Consultant, HRCC
 
Bob Holmes offers over 15 years of progressive human resources experience having worked in high-tech manufacturing and operations, insurance, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and casino/hotel industries. His experience includes the design and implementation of total rewards and training programs, mergers and acquisition integration, and the implementation of various HRIS systems. He has in depth experience influencing decision makers, developing communications for all levels, and partnering with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to implement programs, processes, and systems.
 
He holds a bachelorís degree in human service and mathematics and a masterís degree in human resources/industrial relations from the University of Minnesota. He is certified both as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and served on the WorldatWork Local Network Advisory Board for three years, as well as the Board of South Florida Compensation & Benefits, where he served as President in 2008.
